FirstCare4U is a healthcare recruitment agency working based in Surrey (but operate across England), specialising in providing temporary, contract and permanent staff.
We currently work closely with care homes in Surrey, Southampton, Kent, and private clients and are able to respond at short notice with qualified nurses, healthcare assistants and health administrators.
FirstCare4U has been providing agency nurses and healthcare assistants to a wide variety of settings for over 2 years (it changed its name from Leya’s Healthcare services in 2022). We have a team of consultants who are committed to giving the best nursing and care staff to meet any long-term or short-term needs of all our clients 24/7.

We aim to help individuals live with dignity and respect within their own environment. The help include providing companionship, personal care, or complex care such as end of life and palliative care.
